Since we've had no feedback, it's highly likely that it's CGI. The overhang would cause a significant moment of inertia on the hub motors which would be very inefficient and it seems highly unlikely that the required feedback systems would be so well tuned and responsive that the chair would have zero motion relative to the stairs been climbed. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
