I agree. Offlane ds had to rush hex because he has no disables. Opposing team had 4 disables. And everytime those disables were on miracle. SS focussed him. IDK why not spam lotus orbs this game? Make enemy life hell.

Scepter probably when main enemy dps dealers are melee or have short range ranged heroes. Dunno really. It does combo well with bloodstone though. Bloodstone has been a good item on axe for a while. With the AOE radius buff on the item, it makes his Call and his Counter Helix AOE bigger and gives him lifesteal on helix proc. Shard+Bloodstone and a 3 man catch with a few creeps heals him to full from 1 hp. You can go test the combo in demo. Very stronk right now.
