Content of the video is good sir specially explaining the things by taking an example makes it more interesting. But I have two questions:- 1. How to start the statement, when someone is not agree with the opinion of other person in between GD. 2. At last, you said that respect the opinion of an individual and end the GD by summarised the points of everyone. It definitely shows that a candidate believe in working with team by taking the points of an individual (teamwork skills) but, do you not think at the same time it shows that the candidate is not able to reach on a final decision (Lack of decision taking skills). I want to know your take on above points?
First of all, Thanks a lot Khimesh for watching the video and asking questions. 😊 Ans 1. If someone doesn't agree with another's opinion or your opinion, then in that situation, somehow you need to get into the conversation. You can say, "Thanks a lot 'A', for sharing your opinions, I understand your point of view and I respect that. But I would like to say what I feel about the topic, want to share my opinion to continue this discussion....." This is how you can speak in between. Ans 2. The fact is, most of the GDs don't reach to any conclusion. There are so many angles and different point of views that we come across. But still, someone has to conclude it. So, that's why it is not compulsory that you necessarily reach to a particular conclusion, instead what you can do is, you can sum up with the important points that you as a participant have observed during the whole discussion. GD is not only about speaking, it's also about listening with your eyes and brain open. And yes, always you don't have to reach to one conclusion, and it does never show that you're lacking in decision making. Rather, many a times, the CEOs have to dwell on two or three possibilities, keeping in mind that all of them are beneficial for company. It's decided later whether which one is the most fruitful and they end up picking that at the end. I hope my answers have cleared your doubts. 😊
Hello everyone! Please see that at the end of video, while explaining the twin prime pairs, by mistake I wrote (7,13) as twin pairs. It is (11,13), not (7,13)
Hii there, i think students should add some meditation in routine becoz as this video is on confidence then firstly you mind should not be hoch-poch if ur clear in ur thoughts then only u can come up impact-fully. As u said only confidence comes with time but meditation can really shorten this tenure. Thanks good luck.
