Hello, temporary dental implants and direct composite veneers serve different purposes and involve different techniques. i'm not an expert, but if you need more info about that you can ask Kriss Ai..
It is 3d printed. You get a digital STL of your patients mouth, send it off to a digital designer, and they'll design that for you for about 5 bucks a tooth. You then 3d print it using about a buck worth of resin. The most expensive part of that whole procedure was the clear PVS material.
yes if you think of minimal invasive, for central incisor replacement Maryland is not a choice and you have to check the other factors too.. occlusion and anterior guidance..
patient age 21 and I planned for ortho aligner too for this case in nemocast.. the transpalatal width of the maxilla is less and the tooth size is also small. if I do ortho for the space management again it will constrict the arch and it will create negative space in the corner of mouth (buccal corridor) and the lip support is also get affected.. done all digital simulations in nemostudio software and came to a final treatment plan for veneers.. thanks for expressing your opinion😊
As @imtyping1187 stated, the first picture shows the mock-up, which is a temporary treatment simulation. The real before-after picture is at 6'51". The spacing is natural and the incisors were partially reconstructed in composite. There were definitively enough indications, since the preparation on laterals and canines was minimal.
@@Prosthodontricks Это конечно очень здорово, но прямой путь к удалению зуба -это герметизация фиссур😇так что к терапии зубов ваши действия не имеют никакого отношения) это вандализм.. Спасибо, что показали🎉😢😢😢
evidence says veneers done under standard protocol will last more than 25years.. what we want more than this.. in my experience long lasting restoration in dental treatment options.. Int J Esthet Dent 2024;19:46-58
As we use a huge volume of Duralay here' polymerization shrinkage of Duralay resin during setting may be occurred so we should split it just before taking impression by a disc or hotted knife and fill the gap again to neutralise shrinkage.
hi Rajesh, adding bulk of pattern resin will create curing shrinkage that will add stress on splinting with will lead minor changes in position of splinted impression coping during removal of impression from the patient mouth. that will affect the quality of final impression. to relive the stress we have to split the splinting with small disk or burs and re-splint it with a small amount of resin material. this will prevent these adverse effect..
