Owned the M5 Competition and now waiting for the i5M60 so interested to see how close their performance was. In absolute terms the M5 is quicker especially above 100mph but for instant acceleration around the 30-70mph sprint I reckon the i5M60 has it well beaten.
Building a 61 stepside myself, Black and Chrome with shockwaves and small block ford. Also have a 63 unibody long bed, getting a 331 Hemi, one correction tho, they came with an inline 6 not a v6, awesome truck tho
I actually don’t think we’ll see an electric car takeover for a long time, at least for luxury and sporty vehicles. Outside of Tesla, they just don’t sell. And it seems that manufacturers haven’t let the ICE die, despite people saying so for the better part of a decade. As an example, the new Porsche Cayenne just went back to a V8 for its entry level configuration. The new Lamborghini Revuelto retains the V12 of its predecessor, which means that engine will be in use for at least another 10 years. Ferrari just introduced their first-ever SUV, with a naturally aspirated V12. Even less expensive options, like the new Mustang with a 5.0L V8. Toyota, the biggest car manufacturer on Earth, doesn’t even sell an electric-only vehicle in the US. The adoption rate is not what popular media would have you believe.
