@31:11 more nurses, more doctors, more resources toward the hospital is BAD, REALLY BAD. It means more citizens are SICK. We need to look toward the reasons behind the sickness. If a Palauan is healthy, his or her visits to the hospital will be fewer, meaning more time with love ones, more time doing the things that fill their hearts with joy and love. More quality time enjoying our lands and ocean, less time in pain and agony. MINISTER DO YOU UNDERSTAND???
