The chassis was already modified ahahah. For the safety: this is nothing, its normal to cast melting aluminum holding the die with bare foot

I realize they’re not building a space ship or a race car or anything like that but how can you possibly build, repair, or do any frame straightening on an non level surface like the dirt lot they’re working on???? And there welds are absolutely horrific, what’s with all the stitch welding?? They’re not welding sheet metal here🤷‍♂️

I admire the effort but this could have been executed better. Also on my first day out of welding school I am sure did a lot better. Sorry but those welds will fail probably the worst moment possible 😢 might kill someone.

They don’t even clean the metal that has to be welded. Causes poor weld adhesion it’ll crack again.
