I was sleeping when this happened to me. Woke up cause I saw something go flying above the roof, went to check it out and found Kerfus stuck on the goddamn roof with the charging cord stuck somewhere 2 floors down.
Gosh.. you forgot 2 most important things: 1) Night vision goggles and such intense inventory management are hardly compatible. Trash can is too long to operate with. Unpacking takes a while while screen darken by hazmat suit. Didn't even mention you can lose pickaxe if forgot to put it in the inventory and fell. So better keep 20 batteries for light. 2) Many people DO NOT cheat by turning off fall damage, so the process is incredibly dangerous without using a hook in a smart ways + overall high IQ + good muscle memory with a risk to roll down to the death. You have to make half hook for the cave to avoid accidental mounting both sides to the walls. It's complicated. And 1 crystal costs 50 points btw. You can keep sell🔫gun to keep the space in your inventory. 1 Omega kerfur needs 16 crystals to craft (+ other stuff). So be sure to grab at least that amount.
I was watching a streamer play the other night. He encountered those strange sticks as well. And he was FAR to new to even KNOW there was a skull. So it wasn't related to the skull as you have pointed out in other comments. But then ... what IS it? Dig spots?
this would actually be a sick entity/event, some kind of mimic creature that could stowaway on objects until you bring it to your base and then it infect kerfurses or o kerfuses since they jumpscare you anyway

@@bromomento644 i know that the game is in active development and people find new stuff For example SPOILER i found somekind of floating big egg but not giant or massive Looked about person sized roaming between two satellite Only seen while being on the tower and faced forward and slight rotatio to east about 25 degrees from the ladder you climbed up It had red glow bellow it and was definitely oval shape and it had dark grey like metallic texture that emitted weak glow since it was night time It had a movement like it was hovering above ground but not above trees Spotted on day 40 but saying from memory Dont know if its event or entity I managed to clip the moment Tried reaching the developer So far no response Probably cause im not popular or low priority but they might had too many notifications But the dev does respond to some clips
@dubioustheatreyt8096 yeah. It works, i know because joel attatched a deactivated kerfus to the drone and tried to use the camera and it was a wtf moment because it worked despite kerfus being OFF.
