He pushed through the brakes on the first run. The AMG doesn't have launch control. He actually did a good job managing a nice launch on the second run but not having launch control in an AMG is a fail. Probably would have helped him if it did.
Clearly a channel by Mercedes Benz would leave out the X3 M40i. It is the cheapest and the fastest option of the lot. Also, better built than the Mercedes and only second to a Porsche.

The X6M competes directly with the AMG GLE63S Coupe. The X5M competes directly with the GLE63S SUV, which is what was in this race. Although the X6M and AMG GLE63S Coupe were better competitors to the Cayenne Turbo GT Coupe, the difference in weight is too minimal to have made any difference. You are right. The Cayenne Turbo S is the more comparable Porsche model to the BMW and AMG. Jay brought a Cayenne GT Turbo Coupe last time that was not broken in. Yes, more salt than the flats of Utah. They make good fast salesmen’s cars undoubtedly. But they’ll never cut it against true prestige performance marques.
Incorrect, physics say Porsche should win and it did. The specs are in the beginning and the Porsche is lighter than the Merc and has a stronger engine with a lot more horses and only 1b less ft of torque.

When race vehicles with over 500hp, we go a half mile. Most channels film quarter mile races at sea level. These factors produce different results for different vehicles.
