HI Rick, I bought the O-rings at McMaster carr, just measure the diameter of the ring and the diameter of the cross section and pick it out of their catalog. The rear shaft seal is a water pump seal, That is a little more complicated I purchased some new old stock seals on ebay. if you take the propeller off and pull out what is behind it you can inspect the seal, it should have shiny smooth mating surfaces. tomas
