I'm Chya Mustafa, a proud wife and a blessed mother of two wonderful daughters and two amazing sons. In 2018, I embarked on a new chapter of my life in the United States, and that's when the idea struck me to share the immense love I have for food with all of you. 🌈💕

For me, the most fulfilling part of any culinary adventure is sharing it with others. So, I decided to start this incredible journey of blogging to bring the warmth and flavors of my kitchen straight to all of you.

Recipe: 1/2 cup of sourdough starter 1 tablespoon of honey 1 cup of water 1 lbs of fresh blueberries 4 cups of flour 1 tablespoon of salt Mix and cover it until it rises then put it in the fridge for overnight. Bake: Make the bagels and let it sit for 20 minutes before adding them to warm water with 1 tablespoon of baking soda for 1 minute. Bake them for 25 minutes of 400F. Enjoy 💕

For my recipe but I use your example my recipe was two half cups of milk 3-4 scoops of strawberry or cookies and cream or vanilla 2 full cups of ice 6 strawberry’s 15 banana slices and it looks the exact same as yours!

I do love bagels, but unfortunately, regular flour doesn't agree with me😢. So sad 😞. Can you make coconut flour bagels, Chya❤

Dough Recipe: 1/2 Cup Sourdough starter 1 Cup Milk 1 Cup of Pumpkin purée 1 Large Egg 1 Tsp of Cinnamon 5 Cups Flour 4 Tbsp Butter 3/4 Tbsp salt Let dough rise for eight hours and wet with Milk before putting in the oven. Filling: 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Cinnamon 2 Tbsp Butter Sugar icing: 1 Cup Sugar 2 Tbsp Milk Bake for 25mins at 380F

Recipe: 1. Combine 1 cup of sourdough starter, 2 cups of pure pumpkin, and 1 cup of water in a bowl. 2. Gradually add 5 cups of flour and 1 tablespoon of salt, mixing until well incorporated. 3. Let the mixture rise, covered, for about 6 hours. 4. After rising, transfer to the fridge and chill for 8 hours. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 420°F. 2. Bake the dough for 20 minutes. 3. After 20 minutes, remove the top of the pod and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy! 💕

Recipe: Dough: - 5 cups of flour - 1 tbsp of yeast - 1/2 tbsp of salt - 1 egg - 1 stick of butter - 1 1/4 cups of warm milk - 2 tbsp of sugar Peach Jam: - 4 peaches - 1 cup of powdered sugar - 1/2 cup of water - 2 tbsp of lemon juice - Cook for 10 minutes Fillings: - 4 tbsp of butter - 1 cup of peach jam - 1 cup of diced peaches - 1/2 cup of chocolate chips Syrup: - 1 lb of cream cheese - 1 cup of peach jam - 1 drop of orange food coloring - 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract - 1/4 cup of heavy cream - 1 cup of powdered sugar Instructions: 1. Prepare the dough: Mix flour, yeast, salt, egg, butter, warm milk, and sugar. Let it rise for 2 hours. 2. For the peach jam: Combine peaches, powdered sugar, water, and lemon juice. Cook for 10 minutes. 3. For the fillings: Melt butter and mix with peach jam, diced peaches, and chocolate chips. 4. For the syrup: Blend cream cheese, peach jam, food coloring, vanilla extract, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth. 5. Preheat the oven to 360°F. Shape the dough, add the fillings, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy! 💕

How much chocolate chips ? And when you say 6-8 hrs is that on the counter top or refrigerator and the for the 12hrs. On the counter top or refrigerator? Can you add fruit instead of the chocolate chips?

Recipe: 2 peach 1 tablespoon of sugar 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 3 eggs 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup of yogurt 1/2 cup of olive oil 1/2 cup of milk 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla 1 cup of almond flour 1 cup of oat 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 cup whole wheat 1 tablespoon of baking powder 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon Bake: Bake on 350F for 20-25 minutes and enjoy.
