You said you had 3 weeks of hard training left until the season started. Do you ride the same the other weeks like this one? And how hard do you ride the week before a competition, i.e. raceweek? What kind of training do you do during a competition week before the competition? Great video! You earned a new subscriber. Weak, I do a front flip, land on my feet and chuck the bike over me as I begin to run, the bike lands into my arms that are outstretched behind my back, and I carry on
There is a "pre-noob" you know. A mate once did a fabulous mis-timed bunny hop up a gutter with a resulting Superman as the bike flew backwards and lay in the middle of the intersection, in front of hundreds of amused peak hour commuters here in Sydney. He was actually more Master level but did us all a favour with this one! I'm probably Expert level on a good day.
