@judyatwitchpeacecraft thank you! ive used acid dyes and procion dyes as well. I prefer procion simply because I prefer to hand paint my yarn. I'm still learning with acid dyes. I have used dyes from spotlight. I think they are called Dylon.

Thank you. Losing someone or something you love is one of the hardest things to go through. My friend suggested the mats, as it turned out I didn't buy them so I'll have to go purchase some.
Not a boo boo at all. Most of the better brands now offer 5 double pointed needles. Four to have your stitches spread over and the fifth to knit with. I reckon you will enjoy knitting with all 5, I prefer it.

That’s lovely work. All those Nora Fairies have a lot of detail in them, but I guess that is what makes them so lovely. I known framing just sets them off, but it’s awfully expensive. I too have some that need framing I should do them so all that work can be appreciated

Wow! Your yarn room is very neat & organised! I'd love to be more organised, but.....! It doesn't help that when my son comes to stay each week that he uses that room, so a shared space is a bit of a challenge! Anyhow, I love your yarn room!
