Hey Everyone, thanks for checking out my about page. My name is Alan and here at Try This DIY we are hoping to help the community with "How to" videos. We upload different videos that have helped us and hopefully these will help others. Our videos include fixing items around the home, working on your vehicle and other random how to videos. If you have any questions or want to reach out please message me on Instagram and I would love to connect with you.
looks great, but those tethers seem way too long and the thing becomes annoying to other beach-goers given how much room you'll take up especially if it's not a super wide beach. Surprised there aren't adjusters on those so you can shorten them up.
I been a Body-painter tech for 30 years i never buy snap on i but icon they have a lifetime warranty and they are 1/3 of the price don't go in debt save your money these upper brands at Harbor Freight are great tools.
I just tried the 2-stroke auger...twice. Neither engine would start. Returned them for full refund, but had to pay the restock fee, even though I never even started the engines, much less used the machines. The staff would not waive the fee, so I canceled my Inside Track membership and will not shop at HF again. Basically, I paid $40 for the privilege of driving an hour just to inform the store that two of their augers don't work. That's a bad deal that I'll never fall for again. See ya, HF. I'm out.
@TryThisDIYFix thanks for the answer. I was just thinking if you could wrap them around if they don't adjust maybe it would require so much room. I've got 2 waiting to go to the beach in Monday!
The laser level is awesome. I would love to win that I am doing home projects now and that would help out a lot lining up foe stone. on the front of my house love the channel. Keep up the good work.
I have the same pool, trying to find filters for the pump and I somehow keep buying the wrong ones. Which filters are for this pump specifically? (Single mom here just tryin her best 😩)

Please, please, do not get the 12 piece Pittsburgh screwdriver set. Even if someone gives it to you for free, just,,,, don’t. The tips wear out with minimal use. And I mean minimal light usage. Do yourself a favor, if you have a couple extra bucks, spring for the Quinn 15 piece set. They run right about 20 bucks. I speak from experience and believe you me, I LOVE me some Harbor Freight deals! You’ll thank me later.
@@TryThisDIYFix I love HF, and most of the Pittsburgh line is decent,,,, but not all of it. This screwdriver set and the chalk line reel have been my 2 biggest letdowns from Pittsburgh. They’re just not well made (screwdrivers) or designed (chalk reel). Everything else I have of theirs is just fine. My experience and opinions only, of course.
Pretty sure this company is out of business now. I tried contacting them to get some advice on adding a center line to the cordless model similar to the Shibumi but the only record of their website is on the wayback machine. Anyone know what happened?
