similar issue. . this lamp was super expensive and now the "warranty' that it comes with.... they only give the reset instructions which are to unplug it and replug it back in. if the light doesn't work after that you have to have it repaired , pay for the shipping and automatically is 100$ . fyi. if you like the light so much you wanna spend 3-400 $ on it and then keep spending it every couple years or months. plus this is led..... so NOBODY will fix it. you can't just change the lightbulb . seems weird customer service wouldn't be better for something that is so expensive... wont be buying again. I don't care how cool it looks. if it doesn't work it functions as trash

Not A good demo. He didn't stand it up so we can see the arch or the size. He just turned it on. Why demo it in the daylight? Lamps are for night time.
Hi there. I got the lamp and I love the design. But the dial to switch color temperature does not work. The dial won’t turn. I got replacement lamps and they don’t turn either. Am I missing something? Is there something I need to push to make the dial turn?
I like my product...but now it strobes...way too much money for that to be happening. I've had it for 4 years. Any ideas? I've plugged it in various outlets. It was working fine
