I know this is ancient but I'm looking to buy a hack for living on Kawau island, the road isn't bad just slippery in winter. This looks like it could deal with a bit of mud?
Yep, obviously it isn't a real 4x4 with diff lock low range etc. but it is pretty capable. I do a bit of proper off roading, if you let the tyres down you can go a lot further off road.
Aux in on my Fuga is in the back seat sort off sit in back and in between front seats in the back of the centre console is a drop out draw with a cigarette 🚬 lighter connector and the 3 rca connectors. Red and white are audio the yellow us video. Choose aux from car buttons on dash
once you've paired up with Bluetooth if you hit the cd/disc button a few times you should see the Bluetooth logo with play/pause/stop/back/forward buttons... hope this helps
Thanks mate, very helpful! I'd be very interested to hear if you come across a video or instructions for a) fitting a band expander or b) using the auxillary jack (which has a weird proprietary plug of some sort, at least in my 2005 lafesta. Sadly my cd drive is poked, so I'm limited to dirty old Mai FM unless I figure out one of these things. In the meantime, I'll poke around and see if I can figure out either of these things myself. Thanks again! PS Also if you figure out how to change the time, like the chap below is asking, would love to see a video!
+Mike Simpson I could alter the minutes, but only by 59, so you couldn't actually alter the hour at all. I'm in NZ, so I just add 4 to the hours to get the right time.
