Do you have a return opening under each armpit? And how can you close it? With a sewing machine? Or do you sew by hand? I am not sure how to turn the sleeves. The front and back fabrics are not facing outward like you are doing.
I kept thinking about it for over a week since my last comment, but I still couldn't understand how to close the cuffs. I decided to try it on the hooded coveralls that I usually make. I pulled out the sleeves from the back opening and thought for a while, but then I realized that I just had to think physically, so I sewed the cuffs of the front and back fabrics together and turned them over, just as I had thought of, and they closed properly. The ribbing is also attached between the front and back fabrics. I had to think for a while about how to sew them together, but I felt very confident that I had solved the problem myself. I have lined dog clothes several times, but I only knew how to sew them together part by part, so I am grateful to have learned from this video that the cuffs can be closed properly even if you sew them all together before merging them.
My brain doesn't understand what you mean by "cut triangles of" for the measurements is it not just 22cm wide and 15cm high? Or are you cutting it out in folded in half material?
Thank You. I use cotton, fleece, and mesh fabric. But you can look for special thicker mesh fabric for the lining. I want to start using this too. For the straps, I use softer webbing.

How long did you cut the webbing? I really wish you would do a tutorial on this type of harness......where you explain what you are doing.....couldn't really see exactly where you were attaching everything....this is the tpe of harness I want to make....also how would I size it for medium size and large size dogs....is there a pattern?
