3:00 Are those wrought iron bars on the ceiling? Would it be strong enough to hold up a hammock...(so comfy)? I want as much open space during the day.
No, ma’am, I don’t believe so. They don’t suggest that you walk on that roof so I don’t believe that it would be strong enough to actually hold a hammock. Thank you so much for the comment. I appreciate you watching the video. Thank you so much.
Does drilling your OWN holes in this DISQUALIFY the replacement warranty you know? I think so. but I hope not. I'm trying to figure out a way to make it secure in the back end .. might be pvc pipe option and those claps for the back part cause somebody can just slash open the back where I am anyway lol. But I love this cheap thing, very convenient. About to buy more tarp to prolong its life though. some hard sheet plastic would be perfect for the spaces where the tarp is. and you could zip tie the panels if I had some.
Vandalizing? That bear looks very skinny. He's just looking for food. Bears really love peanut butter. You should have opened up a jar of peanut butter and thrown it out to him and he would have ate and licked up every drop. Anyone that lives in Bear country needs to keep peanut butter handy as a peace offering to these beasts. Bears have powerful noses and can smell peanut butter from a mile away.
you are loosing so much impact force with that extension, just go get you a amazon 90-dollar mid-range impact. those rip bolts off, and they are battery powered. so no cords
I would say no need to excercise the torque wrench EVERY time you use it, maybe only once up and down the scale, if you must. Do remember to take the setting down to the minimum every time you are finished, before you store it away, though. If it was being used every day, I would only exercise it on a weekly basis. If it is only rarely used, then yes to running it up and down before use.
I read a guy puts the foam tubes that you put around pipe so the water does not freeze in the pipes around the tubing so it helps it not get the cover so hot which makes it determinate.
If male bear gets into fight with mother bear,do the males usully win ? I've heard that some male bears (even if they were the father) will kill some of the cubs .does this happen even if the bear is predominantly a herbivore?
Looks like beautiful country. I carry my firearm normally up in the hills here especially last summer with all the cartel activity. Blessings to you and yours coming at you from the snowy hills of Southern Oregon
A couple of questions: 1 - Why do you need an air conditioner in a trailer that is carrying tools? 2 - How do you close up the trailer with the air conditioner hanging out of the wall/door you installed? Thanks.
Thanks for the comments Richard - the air conditioner goes in once I get up on my property in East Tennessee and the tools come out and I don’t close up the trailer till I’m getting ready to leave and the air conditioner comes out
Just wanted to say- I use to have that same PorterCable battery powered tool set- I had them about 6 years- I threw them out because the batteries cost to much to replace- and I wanted something that I could use the same batteries on everything- so I went with Ryobi - and I Love them- the Great thing is- W0W I got the package deal- caught it on Sale- with a $100.00 off and a friend gave me a $50.00 gift card and my stepson gave me one for $50.00 - I got the bag, Circular saw, all saw, drill, flashlight, 2 18volt batteries and a charger. Plus I got first time buyers Coupon in the mail, for $50.00 - I walked out spending $49.95 for the whole kit- Bam - I was Sold, I Loved them - then about a year later I was doing some work for my landlord and he had a Old Chopsaw made by Ryobi - I took my battery and tried it- it Worked- , I Was Sold them again- Then I bought a weed trimmer and got the leaf blower for free and it came with one battery and a charger, so that made me have 3 batteries and 2 chargers, then I finally bought the New Ryobi Chopsaw got it at the Special price for $99.00 and because I waited til the day before Christmas, I got a free battery with it- but you could buy the “charger and one more battery for another $100.00 - it’s a Smart way to get the charger if you need one- but I already had 2 - so now I have 4 batteries- Believe me - I’m Stoked - my Ryobi’s aren’t Commercial grade- but for working around the trailer and taking care of my trailer lot - “long term RV park lot” I’m Loving them - anyway loved the build- just wondering if I could pull that trailer with my Kia Soul to go camping in- to much of a hassle to move my Stream Line Empress trailer-
I envy your attitude. Mine used to be similar. Sadly these days so many things are very disheartening. I have been looking for land in Tennessee although it doesn't make any sense for me to purchase it and go into debt. I'm 63 and on a limited income. I have no heirs, etc. I have just been trying to find some property in Tennessee to lease at a reasonable rate or to barter for some part of it or whatever and put a shed converted to a tiny house on the property and be off grid. I don't have years and years to try to find this apparent needle in a haystack nor do I have the patience to keep looking for it. As I recall you bought your property a while back. Do you happen to know if there's anything around you for sale or lease? Obviously it would need to be unrestricted property.
Hi Philly! Looks like I see Moss growing on the trees like in Florida. Are you in Florida or East TN---that stuff doesn't grow on trees here in East TN. ;)
