I have this same edger attachment. The best thing about it is the fact the guard is open on the face side. It doesn't get as plugged up with dirt as the ones that wrap over... it's also easier to clean because of this...cheers!
I’ve had the caster wheels before they’re OK because you can lock them down and push straight like anything else but when you’ve got a tight area around shrubs and you wanna move it to the side a little bit the cash wheels are great for that, but I do like That Troy Bill, and I’m thinking about it. The prices in my area runs about $1395 but it’s the end of the season and there is one guy that has it for $800.
Can you go over the idle arm? Does it go on the bottom of the pulley or on the top of the pulley? We keep going through deck belts left and right and our idle arm or rocker arm goes on the top of the pulley I'm thinking it's supposed to go underneath the pulley like in between the actual deck and the pulley
I hope they're better than Kawasaki. Ive got 3 Kawasaki motors with the compression release laying in the bottom of the sump. I'll NEVER get ANYTHING with a Kawasaki motor.
Update after all these years mine quit wont start teied starter and solenoid and safety switches. Wonder if any orher owner's encountered issue with starting and solenoid didnt solve it.
I had to replace the ignition switch module, solenoid, and starter on my Cub Cadet rzt-L 46 Honda. Not at the same time only when it had intermittent starting issues, or not starting at all. I now have 340 hrs and it runs like a top. Plus new batteries. I'm not even positive the solenoid needed replaced. The ignition switch and starter definitely needed replaced.
Just bought this boot. I put a mink oil coat on them first thing. I hike with my dog 3plus miles a day. We go through lots of wet grass as well as creeks and puddles and get super wet almost every day. I was wearing Danner Boots but they leaked at the seams. Still, I put maybe 1,300 miles on the Danners over a year and a half. Hopefully these Boots last just as long. I liked the toe box is one piece of leather and comes water proofed.
I thought my 48 inch Liberty Z came with 2800 Hydros but It has TZ 450 instead and you would think that the dealer would know what hydros come in the mower that they are selling but they did not and mine was $5500 and they told me that was a low price for that mower and after I saw that they were not 2800 they said that Scag had a part supply chain problem and they were just using what Hydros they could get at the time and thats probably BS hopefully the TZ450 last along time
I bought a Liberty Z 2022 and thefirst year 100 hours , 2023 -200 hours Its the best for a Restidental Mower but I what to selling my Mower and get a Patroit Commerical
Would you still suggest this mower? About 2-3 acres and slight hills that can get pretty wet at the bottom (lightweight is better?). Dealing with life changes right now so reliability is #1!! Not much time for fixing brand new things, too much other stuff needs done!!
I just bought a house where the lady left a eXmark Z turn and one would think you were servicing a spaceship. Complicated, hard to reach and from a engineer's perspective it was designed that way so you would take it the dealership. I never seen a machine that did so little but was so complicated.
