@@pomplardpanam8591 better why? It may look better since it’s placed in a better position mas this one works perfectly and it costs less than a third of the max racing. If you’re happy with it, good for you, I’m extremely happy with this one and I’ve been using it for the last 8 months.
@@youtubeon2wheels i Can put my chest on the tank easy in high speed...i do not trust chinese things sometimes 4 safety bé careful bro... If U like it good 4 U bro I have the max racing since 2 years now no problems With love from Paris France bro 🍷🐷🇨🇵🐓🥖🥐
@@pomplardpanam8591 I agree with you, I wanted to buy max racing but I didn’t like the idea of having to cut that piece of plastic to fit the damper. I don’t like also to buy these kind of things from AliExpress but I was tempted due to a friend of mine than was using his and told me it was working fine. I ordered mine and for the first times I was always checking the damper to see if was working fine, the truth is that it works great indeed, it doesn’t prevent me to lay my chest on the tank also, and at high speeds, gives me total safety. This bike has so much power and the front is so light that it does need a good damper. If I was not happy with this one I would have bought the max racing for sure. Stay safe and ride safe! ficou com 164 no motor e 150 na roda. o torque teve ganhos brutais entre as 6 e as 9 mil rpms. Fiz o remap e retirei o catalisador que faz muita diferença também.

I have a 2016 S1000....do you know if the bracket around the fuel cap is the same size and bolt pattern as yours? Is your bike the GT? and what year is yours? The fuel tank is shaped differently than mine. I like the color scheme on yours.
Hi, mine is also the S1000 but from 2023. I’m not sure if it fits the 2016 model, I don’t think so but you can check on AliExpress because they have for different years and models and I think they might have for the 2016 model. The color scheme is custom made 😎✊🏻✌🏻
@@youtubeon2wheels Thanks for the reply. I usually don't get any shaking until around 130mph but now I'm getting it around 90mph so I ordered one today. I looked at them 6 years ago but the only ones you could find was 500 -600.00 and I wasn't paying that much. god speed brother!!!
@@razorbak6783 ur welcome. you shouldn´t be having any kind of shaking at low or medium speeds. You should check your front tire for any kind of anomalies, tire pressure, tire deformation etc...this bike is really powerful and the front is too light, it should have a steering damper from factory. First i was not too sure about buying from aliexpress, but i decided to give it a try and im super happy and now i have full confidence on the bike and that allows me to push it all the way :) stay safe and have fun bro!
@@youtubeon2wheels I wanted to thank you again for the video and the reply, I got mine installed on my 2016 S1000 a couple days ago and it made a huge difference in the stability. I also like the fact that now if I set her front wheel down and it's not perfectly straight, I don't get the slight head shake as before and as most riders know it keeps that slight head shake from turning into a tank slapper. The adjustability on the fly is awesome, city riding a few clicks to soften it and when you want to do some rippin a few clicks to harden it up and you're good to go. I've done a lot of mods to my bike, and I have to say this dampener and the quick shifter is the best 2 mods you can do to any bike....god speed brother!!!
@@razorbak6783 aw man so happy I could help! It does change the bike a lot, just check the screws from time to time and also if it leaks any oil. Mine has now 8 months and still working perfectly and to be honest I wasn’t expecting to last this long. Have fun bro and ride safe!

Your welcome. You will feel the difference, i ride the bike above 250kph and the front holds perfectly. Before i couldn’t go over 220 without getting scared the front would start to shake. Ride safe ✌🏻✊🏻
Thanks for the comment brother. Glad I could help and you will notice the difference. Just make sure to check it from time to time, see if the screws are tightened and also try different setting and move the handlebar to see if the damper is working fine. I have mine for 4 months and works great still ✊🏻✌🏻
@@youtubeon2wheels I haven’t received the motorcycle yet, I’m waiting for a week, regarding the control of connections and bolts - thanks for the advice, greetings from Russia
Being totally honest, perfect! I keep an eye every now and then and check if there is oil inside the damper before riding and move the handlebar to see if the dampner is doing its work. Before having the dampner I couldn’t go above 220 feeling safety, I have done the remap on my bike and now I go to 270 and still feeling the bike perfectly stable. If Suzuki or any other brand makes a proper dampner for this bike I will buy it, until then, I will continue to use this one even if I have to buy one per year. The expensive part is the bracket and you just need to buy it once, the dampner is cheap so no big deal if they last 1 year. So far mine is in perfect shape.
Yes, completely fail this video. I am doing some testing using zoom h4n recording for the exhaust and rode wireless for inside helmet. In this video the sound is from the inside the helmet which clearly hasn’t got the right settings. I’m messing with the input setting to see if I can get more voice and less wind noise. Hope it gets better next video 😂 thanks for commenting ✌🏻
Totally agree I’ve got a woolich map on mine and a katana throttle tube completely transformed standard exhaust just got a nitron shock this week to fit !! Keep enjoying
Cool. It's good to have some views of the bike in every video. Bikers like looking at bikes, and non-bikers might be curious what the bike in the title looks like.
For me the steering damper made all the difference. I now ride without any feel of vibration or shaking from the front. Wind can be annoying while riding 😟
@_Monster46_ I can't put that one because I prefer my phone holder is placed is same way I don't mind to ride with out steering damper but I was wondering because I had honda fireblade 2008 and didn't have any of that 🤣
Mesmo! Por isso optei por experimentar este amortecedor de direção e fez toda a diferença. Tem muita potência para uma frente tão leve. Devia vir de fábrica com um.
Esta mota é uma besta! Nunca uma mota me surpreendeu tanto! ✌🏻
Did you make sure it fits 2016 model? When I bought mine it said it fits 2020 - 2023 models. For sure you will feel the difference mostly above 200kph. ✌🏻
@@Motokyerd Ask the seller for tutorial. He will send you a picture where you can see where all the pieces go. I also had some hard time finding. I do remember that I got some pieces left that weren’t needed.
Honestly? I think they look awesome, much more agressive style. The stock ones are huge and more for trail motorcycles. In terms of visibility, of course is not as good as the stock ones but I can still see enough and also, I’m use to use my head to look back. Once you get used to, it really doesn’t bother you. ✌🏻
Hi. How's the damper holding up? I just purchased a new 2023 gsx-s1000 black. I have the same problem finding a damper. I found 3. 2 you have to cut the plastic near the ignition at $500 each and this one. Thanks!
Hello, after 4 months, 0 problems! Keeps working great and making a lot of difference at high speeds! I also found those from MaxRacing but I chose not to buy it because of the thing you have to cut so the damper can fit. I gave this one a try and so far I’m really happy and feel a lot safer. Remember that this damper was made to the GT version; it fits our bike but as you can see on the video it stays a little bit diagonal. And yes, from the aesthetic point it doesn’t look very awesome but hey, I don’t care, what I care is riding safe and get the most out of this monster bike ✌🏻
Infelizmente não. Eu mandei email para lá a perguntar e responderam a dizer que é preciso cortar. Eu sei que este fica meio estranho mas acredita que faz muita diferença a alta velocidade. Se não fosse por isso, tirava-o.
