This bugs me. But are robot was programmed to grab a pallet first and lay it down then grab a layer sheet so its center perfect. I worked at a bottle company.
The pallets would be more stable if you alternate which sides the rotated boxes are placed. Stacking the boxes identical all the way up makes for a very unstable load
