The Carter White House was loaded with Trilateralists. Huntington was coordinator of security planning. In keeping with his derisive view of democracy, Huntington, with help from Brezinski, prepared Presidential Memorandum 32 which led to the creation of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), which is to take the lead role in imposing martial law should the US Constitution suddenly need to be suspended. Hello, your content is very helpful. I hope you upload more soon. I find the one meal per day fasting a bit too hardcore for me to follow, but I guess I can go with two and still gain some effects. Furthermore, a lot of people say that daily mediation and praying is also helpful. What is your opinion on that?

Be careful of what you do, PMO is dopamine addiction, if you try to fill the void of dopamine left behind by it after quitting with things such as video games, food, socialising (I'll elaborate on that), movies/tv series, any type of entertainement you will make it harder to quit and easier to slip up. The little monster, the dopamine addiction, doesn't only try to drive you toward porn but also any activities that feed comparable levels of dopamine. If you have intrusive thoughts about fantasies (not sexual), urges to eat junk food, play more games ect... ect... It's probably your brain, your addiction, the little monster, trying to fill up the void. If you're not used to it, it can be hard to distinguish between genuine interest in doing something (even eating junk food like you would before you were addicted) and the attempts of the addiction to try and feed dopamine. The book mention and talks about the ''void'', to accept this void. If you want to escape and I mean fully escape this addiction for good you need to make this the norm. Accept this void completely. Whenever you're say playing a video game and there is for example a loading screen, stop alt tabbing on another browser or looking at a second monitor or your phone, make it a habit in whatever you do to STOP trying to fill up any empty voids. By trying to fill up these voids you give more power to the addiction and make it easier for the little monster to make you slip up, even if you're past the three weeks recovery, make it a rule to STOP trying to fill these voids. Focus on what is in front of you, on whatever entertaining activities you're doing and stop allowing this brain rot to take root in you. These can also even happen in socializing... Trying to joke too much, trying to talk too much, trying to be overly familiar, we've all seen these types or maybe have been this type of person before, it might be hard to believe but from experience I can tell you it's true. The brain will try to use anything to fill up the void left by PMO addiction, there was in my case a clear difference in personality and socializing when I was PMO'in everyday and when I was during a few days attempts to quit. The anxiety, the fear and all the other bad effects due but not only to using the willpower method also played their role I don't deny it, but I'm certain I was also trying to fill up the emptiness inside myself. If you live a sedentary, lone, unemployed lifestyle, it actually makes it harder. Unlike an average person who is forced to accept these voids (work, family affairs, helping friends ect...) you are probably living a life where these voids are very presents and no external elements forces you to accept them. Don't be afraid though, accepting these voids is nothing scary, it's a bit boring at first, you feel a bit empty but very rapidly the activities that you do seem to become more enjoyable and the pangs of dopamine do not appear as often or with any great intensity anymore.

Very well put, a lot of these I kinda knew already, but needed to hear from someone else. I remember reading somewhere that a true skill is being okay with being bored. Not just trying to fill the time with looking at memes, reels, shorts, whatever it may be. But just sitting, content and present. I'm absolutely guilty of having a game on one monitor and a RU-vid video on another, bouncing between the two. Never really giving one my full attention. I had deleted one of my apps that I used to just fill time, partially for that, but partially because sometimes something mildly inappropriate would show up on my feed. And that would slightly trigger and grease the ol waterslide. Sure enough after I redownloaded it, not long after little by little certain content would slowly grease the slide to a breaking point. Even in general, being present and bored is a good thing. It slows down the passage of time, gives you a better appreciation for little things. Anyways, just some thoughts. Thanks!

@@derivinity No problem, the brain quickly adapts to whatever activities you do. I live a pretty lone sedentary life, recently I had an internet outage. I felt pretty bored for a few hours then started noticing that the novel that I was reading even before the outage became more interesting somehow. If you are in an empty room with nothing to occupy yourself even the chirping of birds outside can become entertaining after a while.

Thank you so much. Its always been an internal struggle of mine since i was 15, now i am 28 a father to two boys (2yo & a 3 month old) and a husband to my wife of 5 years. Ive been on nofap for over a month at this point, as well as made some serious life changes (due to some big life changes and my second baby coming into my life- i had an epiphany that i need to step my game up and stop feeling sorry for myself-being negative and hating myself) i began a morning routine of waking up between 4:30am-5:30am each morning, going on a 2 mile run, working out/strength training, cold showers, eating healthy foods and a proper diet, which eliminated a lot of the self talk ive struggled with since i was a middle schooler. A few days ago I stumbled on this audiobook through a reddit thread where i was searching about stoic principles and thoughts on nofap. (I was so close to relapsing that day, honestly i was looking for justifications to relapse at that point). But out of curiosity i followed the comment in the thread to your audiobook & it has changed my life. I can honestly say i have no desire for it anymore, even when the thoughts cross my mind- I'm disgusted or unphased and when the pangs do come i dont mope about it, but am happy to starve the little monster thats been around for 13 years of my life. I am free and never wanting to look back. Thank you so much, you are a blessing.

Five months, yet a new record and I still can't remove this desire for lust from my heart. I have a wonderful girlfriend and I don't want to lose her or make her self conscious from these unattainable portrayals. God, if you're listening, please take this from me. I don't know if I wasn't serious last time, but I'm so tired of falling short. I want to be free and rid myself from this way of life. I can keep it up for only so long, I can only pray You'll show me mercy and grace. I can't do it on my own.
@JohnLothe
@JohnLothe 2 месяца назад
@derivinity And you'll never have to do it on your own. For God is with us, and we are in this together. Don't stress about the desire. You're battling years of conditioning and our male nature to reproduce. I am not sure when it will happen for you, but the desire will fade with time. If you need reinforcement, leave me a comment. My response times may vary, but I will respond. And we are building a community here to help one another overcooom. 😀 👍

"Growing Anarchy in the Third World would very likely involve Racist and Nationalist passions, at the very least this would create major pockets of disruption and chaos in the world. At worst Third World instability could draw the more developed nations into potentially antagonistic forms of involvement that could have the same effect on American/Soviet (now Russian Federation) relations as Balkan conflicts had on the European order prior to World War One" Talk about hitting the nail on the head 🔨🔨🔨

Hello, I've tried sharing your method to quit porn addiction on most porn addiction help sub reddits but every single one of my posts have been removed by moderators and I have even been banned from Nofap. What is going on here ? I'm honestly a bit scared to understand what this means, is there a reason for that ? Did you know about this ?

There are people who benefit from the addiction, and many of them and their helpers are within the so called no fap movement, as well as here on youtube. I have had others tell me the same thing. The work I do in general has been surpressed for a while, not just the PMO and easy peasy way stuff. Do not be afraid, fear is the mind killer. Thanks for sharing this, and for informing me.

@JohnLothe it's not that my friends are uninterested, more that they count on me to be 'the guy.' I tell them it's not the same as being educated for oneself, but it's hard to get them to dig deep. For those that don't practice it, self education has an image tarnished by the pointless labor of public education, where learning is repeating, and the subject is whatever one is told the subject is. I listened to your reading of tragedy and hope, and I also followed with the printed book, underlining, ruminating, and what those that rely on 'their guy for that stuff' don't get is that one doesn't just learn some facts and theories. Your whole gut sense of the world is brought into better alignment with reality for all the tiny aspects and "trivia" you encounter. Like England not wamtingvto bomb a munitions factory in Germany on the grounds that it was private property. There's a number of reasons that and hundreds of other things stick out to me, but my point is that one becomes genuinely wiser. Things stick with you and you're not sure why, usually because it contradicts some unconscious idea of how the world works or what is plausible. I feel that this is totally unknown to those for whom school was only a chore, the fault (deliberate success) of the education system, and who never were disciplined to tackle material they found difficult, the fault of the parents. With wonder, a value for depth and understanding, and the habits that make learning easy, it's a breeze. If they don't have that by their 20s, I don't know how to help them.

I NEVER leave comments on youtube videos. But man, from the very bottom of my heart, Thank you SO MUCH for creating this book. You are a hero. Today, I experienced something truly wonderful. The last thread was broken, and now, I truly feel free. After the last session, I knew not to wait for the aforementioned moment of revelation, so I kept repeating to myself that I was happy to be free, and I was. But today, it clicked. It never quite felt so genuine to say that I was free, and realizing the incredibility, it almost brought me to tears of joy. I felt as if I could experience the satisfaction of seeing the little monster die, as if I could FEEL the last bits of the brainwashing within me completely dissapear. It has been around two weeks since the last relapse, but now, I truly feel free. Have listened to the book twice, and constantly kept coming back to it to remember certain things, but oh was it worth it. I don't think I will ever be able to replicate such feeling. Again, thank you. You saved my life. I am free.
