Hello! 👋🏻 Our names are Amy & Wes, and we are a couple living in the UK moving aboard our new boat, currently named Gregory’s Girl! We are living and working on the boat full time.
Amy is a Twitch streamer and plant queen, and Wes works in game development as a designer. We share the boat with our dog, Rufus and our rabbit, Rupey 🐶🐰

That was such a lovely story it began to get me all emotional as I lost a German shepherd cross black Labrador dog I named Tasha I can't have any pets at the moment but I will get another dog when I can find a better home that will allow me to keep a dog
The mooring poles Need to be that high!!! I have a boat on the Avon near tewkesbury and the river in the winter when it floods can go up over 2 meters. Even now it's up 1.5 meters from it's summer level
I do like the Avon, I used to swim at Twyning (which you may have passed by now if you've gone that far?), off a boat slip next to some moorings, jutst down from teh Fleet Inn. V nice, clean water (fresh water mussels under foot, swim shoes necessary!) I feel like its a friendly river (not like the Severn, thats not friendly, it's also very muddy, mucky, icky river!).
How cool is Rufus! I hope I spelled his name right 😂 our dog smashed his cone to bits before we even got home. The vet had given us a spare one because he had already smashed one up after his op 😂
Hey guys. Hope you guys don't ever lose your "glass is half full" outlook on life. Unlike this grumpy old(er) 😁 guy behind the keyboard but, you know what would really help fill this grumpy old guy's glass? A tune played on a guitar...humm 🤔... you guys wouldn't know anyone who has a guitar and knows how to play but is too under confident in his abilities to play said instrument, would you? Hi Guys, yet again some lovely places to see and visit with you. It did look fiercely windy for you on that walk but you're both pretty tough when it comes to all the changeable weather's lol Just a suggestion! What about taking some little secaueters along with you on walks so that you can cut the prickly in the way thorny twigs and nettles and each wear gardening gloves that'll give you extra protection hey? I'm glad to see Rufus is getting treatment for his injured paw, pet's do seem to cope a lot better than us humans hahaha. Looking forward to seeing your next vlog, Stay safe. XX

Perfect start to the weekend - this was a really lovely vlog ☺️. You can tell this was filmed a few weeks back as the weather isn't as bad as it is now 🤔. I'm doing my inland waterways helmsman course this weekend - hopefully I can channel both of you and nail locks and steering 🙏😅🫣😊
A few years ago I stayed in a b&b in Bidford…one day whilst sat outside the frog pub on the river, a narrowboat tried going through the big middle arch and was grounded for the night! Those blue arrow signs are there for a reason!!! 😉🙏😌
oooh god, yeah we saw how rocky it was under there! scary stuff 😬 glad we followed the signs haha! we also saw recently about the car that got stuck on it 😂
Enjoy your vlogs very much. Since Wes was able to quit work you've had more time to post visits to towns, historical sites and more. Being from Kentucky USA, we find the British history and places very interesting. Keep up the good work ❤
