Hi Karen. Thank you for the how-to video. Im getting ready to order your pigments. Do you find you get better (darker) color saturation by using gray instead of white thinset? I usually want as dark as possible of the final dried thinset color. Plus I have a huge bag of gray platinum 254 to use up 😅

I know this is an old video so not sure if you will see this but you said you never use white grout, just wondering why? Is white grout bad to use or just isn't done for mosaics. I have mostly seen black and some gray and tan. Just wondering why black is the main color instead of white. I like white but I don't mosaic, I am just watching videos to learn how to do it so I can start. Thanks for the video it was good.
White grout will fracture the look and will draw your eye to the grout, not the mosaic. My rule of thumb is to make sure the value (how light or dark) of the grout should be the same or darker than the surrounding tiles or your focus will be on the wrong part.
Can you grout over contact resin as my flowers on my rock mosaic is glass and flowers made out of resin now to grout on it but not sure if you can grout over flowers made out of resin please advice

Do you do the vinegar/water spray immediately after grouting, or wait a few days (and do it with the sealing)? My tile will be used indoors, wasn't planning on sealing it, hope that's okay. Thanks for the helpful video!!

@@mosaicmentoring8107 Thanks! I actually bought some needle-nosed bottles from Amazon, but the opening was too small to be able to transfer the Weld-bond from it's original bottle. I'll keep looking...

I truly appreciate the information that was shared in this video. However, I would have preferred and learned more if the camera person had zoomed in on the various tile examples rather than concentrate on the speaker. I was disappointed.
