Hello po, i think the basic req pa din like passport, ticket, hotel accommodation, and other supporting documents like kung may business, yung mga permits ganyan and anything na makakapag patunay na you are capable of traveling, another is strong ties here sa Pinas para sure na babalik ka like if may properties ganyan then if sponsored naman, you need affidavit of support to show na inisponsoran ka for your travel

Yung sa anak nyo po yes po pwedeng kayo nalang, if baby pa or bata, pwede naman po dala kayo ng id if meron sya tsaka yung birth certificate for proof. Kung teen or adult na po need po ng letter stating na pinapakuha po sa inyo with signature and id
