My brand new i-mop xl just got it this month did not come with a drive support for the handle, its a pain every time you need to stop to get your phone etc. or to move something like a chair etc. from the way, you will need to band down and pick up the base, this is a pain, considering to send it back.

Fast drying time and above average results is what a micro scrubber offers. Environment that don’t have these needs can be cleaned very well with traditional mop and bucket that doesn’t break or need a charge.

What causes the imop xl to leak water from clean tank. I use it and when I park it for 15 to 20min the water is all over the floor and the clean tank is almost empty?
The big drawback to these types of scrubbers is that there in no real weight to the scrub head. It works fine on an already clean floor but won't remove stubborn ground in dirt. The brushes or pads are pretty much just gliding along the surface of the floor.

That's a really neat system! I like the fact that I don't have to worry about my cleaners not using the incorrect dosage and they don't have to remember '4oz to a gallon' or some measurement.
Thanks for watching our video and you're absolutely right, our sales team know their stuff!! You bring up a good point about sealed floors. While it's true that a sealed floor might not require as much intensive cleaning, there's just too many superior advantages of using an i-mop over a traditional mop and bucket.

Hello! Our Imop XL shuts off when trying to use the vacuum setting The scrub / water settings are fine But as soon as we switch to suck up the water the machine shuts off Any ideas 🤔

not worth the money as this machine breaks down quite often. especially the vac motor keeps blowing cause of its placement. to replace vac motors costs approx $900. There are cheaper and more robust machines out there that performs better. I've had 2 that always failed on me regularly.
