Hi Onos: Great Job!!! Btw, I sent you a mail about a problem I found in openPLC. Did you receive my e-mail? It is about a Modbus RTU communication problem. I tried 4 slaves (4 arduino Nano) and OP320A-S as the master. It is about a very simple program loaded in every slave (just a Set-Reset program). It works perfectly with FLProg (8.2.1 Beta version software) but it does not with openPLC. openPLC works O.K. with just one slave. Am I missing something in openPLC? Thank you very much in advance!!!! P.S. FLProg works OK but it takes a lot of time(minutes) to open and also to compile and download the program to the Arduino Nano. In this case openPLC is so fast compared to FLProg 8.2.1 Beta Any recommendation to speed up FlProg 8.2.1 Beta. Greetings!!!!😀!!!!

Already made it. However when i try to connect it with MAX485-CD4069 RS485 module, it doesnt work. Can you make a tutorial with it. I plan to connect multiple slaves .

Outseal will be my first choice to quickly get things going with Arduino Nano, But then OpenPLC supports lots of other microcontroller boards. And the new Arduino code extension has increased its possibility beyond normal PLC operations.
Hello sir. Could you please explain why the TTL to RS-485 module is required when connecting to the OutSeal PLC, but it’s not required when connecting directly to the nano?
@@OnosTechI see where I got confused. I thought the Outseal PLC was just an adaptor board that the nano plugs into, but I now see that it's something different. I plugged directly into the nano and it worked fine. Thanks for replying.

Hi, i programmed the module and it worked fine, i did setup default setting to ON for the relay. now for some reason i could see relay is on when power supplied to the module however wifi AP is not visible. i also see the area around the wifi chip is getting heated. what could be the problem please help.. I am trying DIY way, not have much knowledge of the electric boards etc.

Each of them have their peculiarities. But the OpenPLC supports 32bit processors, supports Modbus, have online mode data monitoring, more compliant with IEC61131-3 standard and it's still being maintained

My board is esp8266 noc mcu which is in Fprog. but when i choose it and i select Remove Manatment from the right side, the botton in the left up corner gets red and it says problem with the board 1. what should i do? could you help me please?
Your list of items. 10. CJX2-0910 220V AC Power Contactor. When I click on the link it goes to LC1D AC Contactor CJX2-0910 9A 36V but in the video you show 24V... so which one is it? 220V, 36V or 24V?
I'm also new to this type of work. From research I see going with 24V should be fine as long as I convert using the DC to DC buck step-down converter to properly reduce the voltage down
Hi Onos: I finally got my "nextion" display, I used the AliExpress link according to Number 4 on the list 4. Nextion TFT HMI Display But the only display available was the TJC3224T028_011R I created the TFT file following your instructions but the display shows the message: Model does not match Device Model: TJC3224T028_011R ¿What´s wrong? I really appreciate your help!
