JK probably wanted a music studio/gym/dance-exercise room/theater/kitchen/game room/garages/indoor pool, etc. built to his own specifications to meet his needs & desire for privacy/security. The man has worked extremely hard for years, he can afford it, & he can do what he wishes with his own property (as long as his new house conforms to all building codes & restrictions).
I would love this song even if someone else was singing it.I do love Tae's voice. Its a beautiful song.Its more like a ballad.If you dont like it then dont listen to it.Problem solved
They are rebuilding/revitalizing the area he will live in. Much older homes and am happy for him. I am sure he is looking forward to living there when his time is up in the Military.

V is very talented his songs have meaning behind them. V can sing any note and never needs to lip sync. His voice is mesmerizing. He can dance to any music as well. He deserves the award.
