Please clarify. You added 20 gms Gluten flour to 500 gms APFlour. So you ended up with 520 gms of Bread Flour. You DID NOT remove 20 gms of APFlour. Please reply. thanks.

Will not make much of a difference 😂 Add 25 gms and still you'll not be able to differentiate. If you are so particular, after you mix both the flours just remove 20gms and you'll be left with a perfect 500g.

Same.. I'm moving on to another recipe. No sub from me.. it's annoying to have to hint down the recipe.. then find it only for them to not make a list of Ingredients.. after dodging numerous popups and paragraph after paragraph of directions to fish out the measurements.. no thank you..
