Actually quite opposite. We trust the military more to own those weapons because they have been vetted lol. Control is the key word not take away hahahaha. Slow asss.
They are a unique engine, no oil galley in the block, external lines supply oil pressure to the governor and rocker arms, partial filtration oil system, cratered pistons, wrist pins bolt offset in connecting rod too. Very easy to work on, about the hardest thing to install on them is the 4 piece oil pan gasket. The exhaust tune is pretty catchy though...
Yes, I only planted a few potatoes in the garden. We do have raccoons and squirrels. I'll have to probably plant them in a complete enclosure I guess. Thank you for the video.
We have deer, rabbit, groundhogs thru all 5 of our gardens and we lose a little here and there, but never lost my entire crop of anything. In fairness, this was 20 plus pounds if potatoes we planted.
Well, it is her instinct to hunt, but in this case. She killed her for nothing. She is being fed at home. So what happens if a chipmonk comes to your house ?? Can't you just open the door and let her out.
Chipmunks will nest in your attic no question about it. Plug your gutters and downspouts, maybe because you have never seen it, then it doesn't happen, interesting.
We live on a farm and have rats here my cat won't even go near them 😂 I have a chipmunk that comes up to me for food every morning ❤ I wouldn't let them eat it though you never know what diseases they could have❤
Yeah I could limp along, that mudline on the rubber was me spinning - I want to spin when the rims are in the mud. They are uneven, ride terrible, and struggle plowing. I will limp along on my little tractors but this is my main tillage machine, they will be replaced and put into service as duals. But I get where you are coming from, what part of the world you live in friend?
I could never live "in town" as I grew up hearing it referred to. We keep a pretty good size yard mowed, that is one part of it. The garlic is doing well, I agree, very satisfying to see it grow.
This is short, but this is another wild critter caught on camera here. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GBmndwqkLwQ.htmlsi=5ATBudfrDINV4HDk
Greetings to you and that is a good question, probably not easily or accurately answered by me. We have a good population of wild Mallards, I live next to a few very large marshes not an urban area at all, and see all species here. I suppose these could be some cross but they are skittish If I go outside, this was filmed thru the kitchen window. I see a lot more geese and wood duck than mallards, and this pair showed up, I would love to see them have ducklings.
Weight is a factor, and the downward motion is the faster retract cycle of the cylinder. It is pretty common practice in all applications of hydraulics and pneumatics to use restriction of the flow to reduce the speed. The basic principle of a shock absorber too, oil restriction controls the compression and rebound rates.
It is a 1.25" rod, stroke of cylinder is 10 inches, works out to 12.26 cubic inches less total volume of oil, which would make the cylinder retract faster, extend slower, yes. Total volume of the extend side is 70 cubic inches, a gallon is 231 cubic inches, my tractor flows 5.4 GPM, the difference is negligible on a ten inch stroke, unless you restrict it with a smaller diameter hose.
It can be an issue in longer runs due to friction loss, excessive fitting can have the same effect. In this application the, hose lengths are equal, that 3/8 hose is the restriction. It is kind of like a construction zone on the highway, traffic always flows slower when a lane closes and speeds up past the end of road work sign.
True enough, this came with it, and the small hose, I have the proper size hose coming. My old man had a loader with single action cylinders on it, a litttle clumsy with no down pressure but it worked.
@dallasdavis3246 You are right about that, but if you don't understand the difference in flow between a 3/8 hose and a 1/2 inch hose, google won't help you. The cylinder has 1/2 inch ports for a reason. A 3/8 hose has a cross sectional area of only 56% of a 1/2 hose, thus the restriction. I have enough of a practical and engineering background to go further, no need for google.
I will have to check that, my 12 year old tightened that up, we replaced the manifold and gaskets but re-used the carb gasket, I bet that is it, the governor is surging a bit too at lower idle, did not do that before. THANK YOU (not shouting, that is a big thank you)
I don’t know what that sound is but I’ve always loved FORDS 8N and best is their jubilee I think was made in 1953 ! It’s got style and class ! That noise might be pully bearings at front where the belt from your generator is turning in your video !
My better half has taken to pressure canning them, they make the most excellent crispy pan fried potatoes and since they are twice cooked they brown really well.
