Your best option is to replace the tube. Consider contacting the company that supplied your blinds as they should have the correct tube to suit your blinds 😀
We don't have a video on it but a common cause of this would be the wand control mechanism being stuck. We recommend you start by inspecting that. If you cannot find the solution it is best to ask the company that supplied your blinds as they might be able to help 😀
In some vertical blinds, the hooks cannot be removed so you may have to identify which carrier (white plastic component that has wheels) is stopping them from rotating and then replace that carrier 😃
This is normally caused by one of two things. 1. One of the pegs is preventing all the others from moving 2. The wand control mechanism is broken (this is the larger plastic box that the wand is attached to). We recommend reaching out to the company that supplied your blinds ☺
Like the other comments I’d had 2 out of line for over a year, assuming it was broken and manually twisting would snap them. A light would shine through them on to a black gloss wardbrobe straight into my face. Saw this video, got annoyed that they must be different to mine. Turns out they weren’t. 😂 thank you
Hi, what if they all partially turn 2cm and then stop? Wand seems okay. Long roller inside works and turns 3 times then stops and wont turn anymore so they only open blinds a little bit. Thank you!

There is no tool being used. You might be looking at the wand that comes with Vertical Blinds. For this repair you don't need a tool, simply use your fingers to pull out the plastic hook 😀
I have a verticals blind that was not turning, I had a look myself and figured I needed some instruction. I googled diy repair on verticals blinds not turning and found Betta blinds and awnings had a short instruction video, it was extremely helpful and well presented. The instruction was clear and easy to follow. Thank you to Betta, your instructor was amazing.
If you have the removable carriers you should be able to simply take them out. Ensure that you do have the removable carriers as there are also other types that cannot be removed 🙂
Check to see if one of the little plastic hooks is broken. The gear end of the hook can break and prevent the whole blind from working. If this is the case you might be able to replace the hook (if they are removable).
Excellent demonstration Mark. Best I have seen and now I know how to do it. Is there a video that shows how to replace old fabric with new fabric where there is a spline to complicate matters?
i just cannot get mine to line up again. it just wont work. the plastic slat holders arent gonna be manhandled much longer before they break..so i guess i give up and it'll just have to look like shit
