Looks far better than when I went 10 years ago. The food. ... wow, so rich, so luxurious, amazing. The wine prices ...Ridiculously high, I can't justify that. Thanks for showing the bill..... SCARY PRICE 😂.
No comparison with the Ledbury restaurant, small tables not a classy setting ,the sommelier messed up the uncorking of your bottle of Chateau Palmer ,the pigeon dish looked delicious as this the cheese trolley but in my opinion not a 3 star experience.
Totally agree about the small table, but their food are as good as average 3 stars except the lamb is the best lamb, we've ever have. 😋 thanks for watching.
I really have to congratulate you with the Venice videos they are so accurate and your choice of wine and dine are immensely selective and impressive, your appetite is amazing and after watching these I started doing all your other videos ,keep up the selective choices you got me hooked.
Thank you for making your video less than 10 minutes long. There are more and more youtubers who are now doing aviation related content. Videos that are short and sweet make tend to make it to the top of my "Watch Later" list. Longer videos tend to be further down on my list and watched much later when I have time.
Seen all of videos they are amazing, transferring me in a wonderful world of luxury, gastronomy and your choice of wines is top grade ,after winning the lottery I’m sure to go to all the places you visited, keep up the level you’re doing me a great pleasure.
Wow , Brett even served your food....top guy Lovely meal very rich and full of game flavours. The main course Venison with cherries is a long time favourite. Fantastic food in a classic London restaurant. You should have come north to cumbria. We have the most michelin stars in the UK..... next time guys 🙏
@@winwintwintyAnd how much was the price of your wine bottles, if you don’t mind me asking? I’m always curious to know about restaurant markups in Asia as they vary considerably😊
I'm not a big fan of fancy modern creative Michelin Star Thai restaurant, i prefer authentic Thai cuisine therefore, i have no idea for Michelin Star Thai Restaurant Thai Restaurant in Bangkok that i most often go is baan-pee-lek (no star, just Bib Gourmand) and Maenam Fish Restaurant guide.michelin.com/en/bangkok-region/bangkok/restaurant/baan-pee-lek ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-b-u91Omq3P4.html PS. don't expect good service for both of them, the food come very slow but worth to be patient and bring your own wine.
Your videos are very professional with the writing and I see you put a lot of love into your content.I hope you have more subscribers.Thank you so much.
Sharks Finn is really delicious and I'm so glad you ate it.And I wish the tradition continues unless the europeans stop consuming whale as well. No double standards in this world In fact , every culture should pursue their tradition.
There is something very special about Japanese cuisine. More special than others....Their style of presentation and the flavor . The Position of the jar in relation to your body and the overall shot is so wonderfully composed.
@@winwintwinty it’s okay the quality of the vids is good,it just that the viewers is quite hard to catch on the flavor may be it kinda help to make a devision to book the restaurant after you😃
I didn't try to do a serious wine tasting just love to enjoy wine pairing with food. Pigeon with Pinot Noir and Steak with Cab are my fav courses, So Why Don't have them all in one night with the best wine in both world. I did the Burgundy wine dinner in this video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-y0X86dimiKQ.html I felt that it is not my way to do Vertical or Horizontal wine tasting. It is too serious for me. I just to enjoy wine and have fun with delicious food. BTW, Thanks for watching 🥰
@@winwintwinty thank you for quick reply. You have drank quite a number of spectacular Burgundies & Bordeaux (DRC / Belair / Petrus ) that I longing to taste. Wonder what your favourite wines are and which is the most value-to-quality 3-Michelin Star restaurant
@@jameskong7704 My fav wine and value-to-quality for me is Gaja Barbaresco. It can go along with various range of food and reasonable price. For Bordeaux, Chateau Figeac is a good price point that i drink often and Burgundy is Leroy leroy bourgogne rouge and Blanc just stay to entry level of a big name producer is the most value-to-quality. If regardless of the price, my unforgetable wine is Petrus 1989, Domaine Raveneau Chablis Grand Cru "Blanchot" 2014, chateau margaux 1982. For 3 Michelin star restaurant is Château Restaurant Joël Robuchon in Tokyo where great french recipe meet Japanese ingredient and wonderful wine paring course. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oJpRDFxS-qk.html 😁🤤
