Tennessee shad is my go to color for large mouth and rock bass size 8 and the jointed silver black back original floater 07 size works for yellow perch

Really need to find some easy acess spots to wade fish there even if they're generating. From the johson city area. Went to wilber lake and the damn but they've been constantly releasing there and holdton. Seems hard to tell whats public accessibility
