Thanks again for another interesting instalment :) I was wondering, when was the point when you started realising that your thinking is different than usual, or that you don’t feel quite yourself, or was there any point like that? Or did you just slide so gradually into psychosis that there was no point where “2 types of consciousness” where fighting for dominance - I hope I’m making sense?

It’s really interesting to hear all the different aspects that were taking place in your life at the same time. Sometimes when we observe someone elses life we propably see just one or two aspects and there are always so many things under the surface that we don’t see. It’s wise to understand that. And become humble towards each other by understanding the fact that we do not understand the full picture. Thank you for sharing your story! ❤ it is very interesting, important and eye opening. Life can sometimes throw so much pressure on us. You can be really proud of yourself, about all the things you have come through and who you have been and who you have become through your journey 😍✨
