You could get hired as a trader by a company so all visa and insurance would be sorted out for you. If you want to work independently, you would need to check which license you need to purchase. Great video. I was born and grew up in the uk. Since august 2023 i have been living in Bahrain, for the year. I have visited abu dhabi and its the best place to live in for the gulf. In the future me and my fiance will buy some property there. Yes the heat is immense, is summer. But for the winter and spring the weather is amazing. The grey skies of the uk take their toll

Bonjour, concernant le visa immobilier de deux ans, il suffit simplement de faire les démarches de renouvellement mais nul besoin de quitter le pays, ni d'acheter un autre bien. Cela à condition que vous soyez toujours propriétaire de votre bien à 200k€ (minimum 750,000 AED). Si par la suite vous achetez un autre bien d'une valeur minimale de 1.25M AED, et que vous êtes alors propriétaire d'un patrimoine immobilier de 2M AED minimum au total, vous pourrez postuler au Golden visa valable 10 ans.
