i have died alot on the shadowman step, even though its supposed to be pretty easy. It turns out it was easier for me to just use a haymaker and shoot him vs the death machine. My tip is always try to get arnies before the fight if you have extra money, throwing the arnies while you are about to shoot him makes it alot easier. Also make sure you put away the death machine before you try to use the altar and trap him. I noticed that i would always mess up at that part
