Great lawyer!! Anywhere around in the IE hit him up! He does the whole case free of charge until payout and you dont pay if you dont have a winning case. So its A Win WIN! AHAA
Here's my situation. I'm making a left turn on a Green arrow. Oncoming traffic is at red three Lanes two cars at a stop. I'm blocking two lanes into my turn. Light turns green and the third lane car collided with me. Who's at fault?
Finally someone with common sense. Turning left on a yellow is a privilege in my opinion. You people think oncoming traffic should stop just because you chose to not stay behind the line on a left. It's even worse when TWO cars think they can follow each other past a yellow left turn.
A “good faith” offer must be analyzed in the context of California Civil Code Section 998. A 998 offer is made in “good faith” if the offer is “realistically reasonable under the circumstances of the particular case. An analysis of whether an offer is in “good faith“ requires the assistance of an experienced attorney.
@@fernandovargas9360 thank you for your response. I'm worried about my case now, I've had 2 major surgeries (cervical & spinal fusion) and my lost wages I'm sure are more than the policy limits alone...... I may need to change attorney's...
@@dionb6147 same here man had one surgery after multiple rounds of physical therapy and steroid injections and chiropractor, you name it I done it. The person who hit me only has a policy limit of $250k and we have the same insurance I’m well aware my treatment is over the policy limit I hope I get compensated justly.
It's a pretty bad law. Basically the car going straight through the intersection has the ability to run the red light and cause an accident without any fault
That's not what he said. He said that when a vehicle going straight enters after the light has turned red, they yield the right of way and the turning vehicle is NOT at fault. Listen to what he says at @2:04
Me chocaron un veiculo de tranporte se brinco el camellon y me choco y me seguro quiere que yo pague la grua y el piso de corralon es justo eso o es ilegal gracias por su comentario
So you’re waiting to turn left in the middle of the intersection while you have a green light and your light turns red cause you’re waiting as long as the other driver going straight is not in the intersection then they are at fault since the light is red and they ran a red light hitting you while turning left
In my situation I was turning left and there was a turning lane that was beginning a few feet infront of where I was turning and the woman came along my left side over the double yellow lines to get into it passing me basically on the wrong side of the road. Who is at fault?
You: I was in the turning lane and as I was turning I noticed there was a car coming from the other direction with no lights on and the car behind it came zooming out and I hit them who is at fault
interesting. It's a little different here though. Even on a red, left turning vehicles by law is still at fault because it wasn't safe for the vehicle to proceed and RoW priorities 1st straight, right 2nd, and 3rd and last priority for left. In the event if an accident and if it can be proven with say dashcam video, the straight vehicle will he cited with failure to obey a traffic signal but fault still lies with the left turner.
