Have 2019 Partner. Has a terrible AdBlue system - don't bother. Adblue fault ruined a road-trip holiday & we lost our money. A new AdBlue fault (one month later) is about to cost £800-£1500 and there might be another fault yet. And who knows what could happen next? The tank? Another NOX sensor? Another injector? Software?......Save your money
Tbh. The footwell storage i found to be quite handy. Theres ropes in one and starter cables in the other. Storage is the main strength of the car. It's basically a van.
does not drive as good as my 9 seater ford tourneo custom ride quality is better in the ford and space in conference in the rear is better so is the boot larger in the ford so why buy this at double the price
You must be blind, the card slot is on the central console you are leaning on. Its not ugly, looks lovely. You're a moaner & you've been watching too many Clarkson car series.
"Your'e teeth should be white but your not going scrub them out untill you visit the dentist" Dont hate on the van I've seen some with over 600km............take care.
i agree with you at the compact variants being pretty useless they dont have much space at the back and they look pretty ugly when you look at it on the side its only useful for tight parallel Parking.
Thanks for the review! I have one produced in Russian under Tagaz Road Partner name with 2.3 MB M111(161) engine. Very reliable and simple DIY vehicle. Travelled a lot From polar circle to Altay mountains, -40 to +40 C. Never had an issue on the road. My farther used to drive another one until it rolled over at the speed of 87 km/h. The body got damaged beyond repair, father is Ok and now he is driving Korando (Tager) which is a three door with the same engine and transmission.
Sorry not a good review, besides your car is not from 2019! My 2019 car does have a rear camera. Sloppy camerawork as wel...And how many times do you use the third row for adults??? So what do you drive then???? A bus?
Good review, the reason most buyers in the alps (must) opt for the 2.2 engine is simply because it’s the only engine Mercedes offers in combination with 4matic, unfortunately! And I tell you, you will be glad you have the 4wheel drive in Swiss winters.
I Have one similar to this mines a 3.0 ambiente on an 11 plate Its a 6 seater and has been a flawless wagon I picked it up on 84k just done 104k now 1 owner it also has the digital climate and a diesel heater double sunroof 2 roof screens and front head rest screens with a dvd play bit old now but still works well
I fully admit, I'm biased. However, I did point out several positive aspects and I doubt anyone seriously considering buying one of these would only watch one review. Always get a second and third opinion and finish up by looking at one and driving it in real life. Finally check common faults list and just how common those faults actually are. If you still decide this is the car for you after all that, even I can't stand it, good for you. Hopefully regardless, I might have made you smile at least once. 🙂
This one is a T5.1 (facelifted T5) the bhp on this one is 184 bhp. The Twin turbo TDI can have some issues. The naturally aspirated one is much more reliable. The 2.5 5 cylinder TDI in the older T5 can have either 130 or 174 hp.
