I'm interested in watching strategies for IFZ but to be honest.. 3 hour vids with no commentary or even music is hard to stay into. Commentary explaining your decisions and strategies for different situations or builds would help your vids alot
I play essentially the same, only first in trade, then in armor, without apples and charcoal. We make our own armor and weapons by purchasing only iron. And the basis of the army are spearmen. Apples and charcoal are used in other regions, one for plant cultivation, the other for iron minning And I don't use the exploit with bandit camps. Maximum hardcore on the basis of defense by militia
I've never seen anyone play this game before so it's all a little confusing to me; nevertheless, I find the montage style video very interesting and it looks like it took quite a lot of time to do, which I can appreciate. Maybe each separate clip could be a bit longer though. The choice of music is also very good and I feel like it would be quite great to hear different music for different situations. All in all, a very short video but charming nonetheless. Thanks for the effort and I hope to see more 🥳!
Hello, thanks for the video! How did you manage to have such a large army?? My own army was about 6 groups and I couldn't create any more groups and if I tried to increase the population with more houses, it still didn't allow me to have more groups... What are those little numbers in the top left of the units ? Am I correct in thinking that it's the assigned numbers on the keyboard, so if you press that number on keyboard the groups are marked ? If that's the way I think it is, can you please tell me how to do it ? Thank you
This is an interesting way of doing videos, surviving in every Capital City for this game for 100+ days. How about Manila, Philippines? Specifically in or around Far Eastern University - It'd be neat to see my alma mater used as an Infection Free Zone!
Can I ask about the playing methods? My problem is about the population suffering from poor living conditions, how to overcome it and the food source is low. I tried to bring my team to find it but there is not much? Second, in terms of gameplay orientation, do we initially arrange for people to live and then build structures such as warehouses, research areas, and antienna towers? Then what should I research and build next? The third one must build ramparts and towers for testing purposes? Thank you for reading and for your support.
to improve living conditions u need to build houses, first research tools > housing > masonry > farming ( everything in that tab) then either guns or chemical - for fuel and ammo research (dont research the wood for fuel). for food make sure that your farms barns and cookhouse is near warehouse / HQ, and make sure your farms is using fertilizers, and build cannery it provides more food than ration (from cookhouse) but you need ration for cannery too so you should not skip cookhouse.
Low Pop. Low Resources. High Horde. Best setting. There's a bug I play around with, when a building gets damaged, you can repair it but instead of letting the repair complete, you just adapt it to another building. I'd go make a massive place into a warehouse, get a small horde to punch it a little then adapt it into Research Center or Factory... The issue after is if you don't repair it back to the max / mess with it a little once you log out, that game will crash on open.
Another exploit is evertime you deconstruct something it seems to be searchable again and gets handled by the loot dice. Get several small warehouse and adapt, deadapt, search repeat.
How did you get so far without crashing? I cant get past day 60 without the game having a meltdown.... I have a pretty top notch computer, not sure what the prob is
@@JohnSmith-cq6jn I don't have a solution sorry, but when i record my game, I do it without closing/exiting the game or reloading previous saves to avoid bugs
You should have put spear in the center and put defensive mode as they have more DEF stats than your other infantry unit. Your "swordman" has more ATK stats so letting the enemy focus your spearmen then surround them with your retinue and "swordmen" on pushing mode (i forget what it is called) would be optimal.
