@@bennetttobey961just watching that first upwind section they are setting the pace for the fleet and the video doesn’t really do those waves justice, they have the daggers over halfway up on the upwind, those swells are substantial and they are making good speed. What purchase system do you use for your main sheet on the 18?
Videos like this make me long for my younger days and my Nacra 5.8NA and previous cats (2 Sol Cats and a Prindle). Too damn old now to last 30 mins under these conditions. Proper cat sailing requires youth, agility, and stamina.
