I had the pleasure of doing things with Jason back when he was with young guns. Super nice guy has a super great family his dad Barry set up some shows together back in the day and i always looked forward to seeing them glad everything has worked out for Jason and he seems like the same down to earth guy hes always been. Had the pleasure of meeting Kelly also years ago at the Nashville music expo when I believe he was with Larry Butler at NMC hate we never got the chance to write together but glad his career has taken off as well. Great show guys
Wow, that was incredible! Like you guys, I didn't know Leigh-Allyn, at all. She is a BAD ASS and just an amazing person. Confident, funny, knowledgeable, and inspiring. I know about Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens, they're great, so I'm glad she's out there with them. I've seen the Clay Travis school board clip (huge fan of Clay - started with sports/gambling & expanded into politics via Outkick), but didn't realize Leigh-Allyn was there too. Like you guys and her, I'm all about my kids and therefore, really enjoyed this episode and what you're doing. You definitely have to bring her back!
My youngest son is Autistic and I kept him home his entire Sophomore year over the stupid mask mandate at his school. Then his junior year I sent him and he had to wear his mask “while walking” but could take it off when sitting down? Really? So this virus is so smart that it knows when he is walking and when he is sitting and has the genius ability to also know when he is 3 feet or 6 feet from another human too? I want to be this virus. It is a flipping genius! Ha Ha Ha. On a serious note though. My son was at the doctor for sinus and breathing issues more during the mask mandate period than he has ever been before or since. So I want the CDC and the government to please explain that. This was a great episode! Keep it up guys because you are making a difference! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I can't imagine the emotions surrounding the Las Vegas tragedy. What a horrific event. Tully, at one point in a previous podcast, touched on a bullet in his bass and how he questioned why he moved the way he did. I do not know if this was at the same event. This subject may be too difficult for him to share, but if he is willing, we would like to hear the story surrounding it. Thank you!

I can't be the only one that remembers , at the same time Try that in a small town... Was under attack... They found a bag of dummy dust ( cocaine) in our white house... It's all just smoke and mirrors... "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain... We are not in Kansas anymore..." We are sadly now living in a sue happy society of our making and it needs to stop... Baffle them with Bull Shit ... When you can't dazzle with brilliance has sadly became the norm ... As long as we allow Bull Shit to be taking up space on the Docket of what should be our Justice System... $$$ is still being made buy those in charge... Without the dangerous part of putting the actual criminals on trial... I wish I had the answer to put a stop to it all... Because we are currently charging towards destruction... Innocent until proven guilty !!!... If you are willing to lose everything to stand up for your principals... Cause guilty or innocent... It's going to cost a bunch... We will be publicly dragging your name through the mud... But you will have the right to give us another safe job cause you too will have the right to sue for all we have put you and your family through... Should never have been allowed in the first place... Sorry , there will be a fileing fee court cost and you will require a attorney to file to request those findings of fact that may be a file we hold on you but it contains private information ... There are laws ... There is something wrong in the world today and I know what it is... It's written in the laws they say and that's just how it is... But how can something that is wrong... Just be the way it is... I always thought that right and wrong, was as simple as black and white... There is such beauty in the colors when things are going right... But you will have to think in terms of Gray... If you want to make it in the world today... And sadly that's just how it currently is... I wrote that many decades ago when I and my family were caught up in the tangled web... I was beginning to give up hope that I would live long enough to see the "Truth comes out in the End Part" As I watched the shifts in society, cancel culture, sue happy society closing in all around me... I was old tired and to be completely honest losing hope... When Try that in a small town... I recommend you don't... Proved it is possible to get truth to the light... Thank You You all became the breath of fresh air we all need... Standing up for what you believe in... Thank You 🤠 I am so very proud of you All We don't have to all agree on everything... But we all have to think for ourselves, and then have the courage to stand up for what we believe... Thank You 🤠
I feel that it is soo important being genuine ❤ and speaking from your inner self your heart..who you are! On the inside ....it's your thoughts that count...staying true to yourself .......everyone has their own opinions...on every subject or situation lol 😂😂😂😂
I showed my 12 year old son the podcast and he said if he could be invisible he’d go to an amusement park and ride all of the rollercoasters without waiting in line. He loved Neil’s question!

If I were invisible for a day, I'd want to follow Kurt and Tully around on tour and get all the behind-the-scenes access that most fans never get to see. that would actually be a dream come true!
I would want my invisible day to be on Super Bowl Sunday and I would want to hang out with the coaching staff the whole day to see what the process is that they go through to prepare, participate and to come off the high of winning of dealing with the low of losing.
When Neil said that he made more money one year doing backup singing on an album than songwriting that was very interesting. On Kenny Chesney's recent Born album, I noticed that he had Kat Higgins singing backup on a song (she wrote "Knowing You" with Brett James) and he also had Ross Copperman, Josh Osborne, Brett James, Ernest, Greylan James and Laci Kaye Booth, too. So maybe he's trying to take care of the songwriters? You guys would know if that's right or not. It does certainly seem like superstars such as Kenny and Jason want to take care of the people (especially songwriters) who help them, and that means a lot to me as a fan. Whenever I hear a song I like, I instantly look it up to see who wrote it.
