nahh no mods. It's a skin you can get in game by completing the story mode, or collecting certain amount of treasure. This is only in Uncharted Collection edition.

That'll be nice to have a game for him. Wish we got to know his sister, Rika Raja more. But they completely abandoned her for some reason.
