Great job. One thing you should note is Honda's do not use Phillips screws. They use JIS which looks similar but if you use a Phillips, you will booger/strip the screws
the 1981 Suzuki was a far better bike than the Yamaha, Suzuki was first with the full floater single shock rear suspension and first water cooled engine, i raced one ( successfully ), Yamaha's just weren't as competitive.
Mam I could use some major help! I have a manco helix and it stopped on day and didn't have any spark anymore..I bought a new harness, and idk if I did it right. Now had. Abuddy work on it, and it's screwed. Did you do a video on completely rewiring one?

If you do not tighten the stator wire braket tight enough you will get a crankcase leak in the center of the motor along the top and around the starter area being that those 2 bolts also seal the case just as the cvt cover also seals the gear oil housing.

I could add however after 52 years of working on Honda motorcycles, that before cordless drills, a Hammer Impact Driver is #1 basic required tool. In fact the hammer impact driver should replace the "Chicken Wing" as the tank emblem ( like the tuning forks on a Yamaha logo 😄) oh yeah PS it was the Cylinder (not the bottom part of the head)
