Use a 5 in one small chisel to pop the snap bead. Mitered or butt cut snapbead it dont matter much mitered are a bit more tricky. works way better that lineman pliers... wigling it back and forth. I have a small Milgard window (Classic Style) which Milgard wants an arm and leg to replace the broken glass ( which just broke by itself without anything hitting it and they won't cover the glass ) ! I will never buy Milgard again!! Will your method work on the classic window too? I think the only difference are the inserts that make it look like more panes. Thanks again!

Your instructional video was amazing. I was installing a new window when the wind blew the window from the frame and broke the glass. Your instructions took all the stress out of installing the new glass. I would have no idea how to do it without your video.
