I was able to make it run. Maybe not the correct dsk file? I ran it with |6128, then |fm, select pinball.dsk, then 'cat' and run the only visible file.
Good morning. I have a problem creating a cfg file with several menus for magic desk 2 (2 MB in gmod3 mode). Would you be so kind as to send me a sample cfg file? Can cartconv convert such a 2 MB file into a crt file to check in the Vice emulator?
Interesting problem. Is it a problem syncing or is something corrupting the memory leading to the crash? Wish I knew something about these computers, but I am a C64 person.
I'm the designer of the ZX81+38 ZX-81 clone, it is great to see that tape loading from either a real tape recorder or from audio from a smartphone works fine, I took great care to design a tape input pre-amp that would work with a wide range of audio levels. It a pity that flatscreens (unlike CRT TV's) black out when sync signals are lost, as I also emulated the black loading bars in my clone. You can see them for a moment, on a real CRT TV they would be clearly visible, and aid in setting the volume optimally.
yes, my ZX81+38 ZX-81 clone also is compatible with highres graphics games, soon I will add a programmable sound generator (ZONX81 compatible) that also doubles as an SD-Card reader (with firmware in a ROM-extension)
