I know what Harry means about Angel Sharks being fascinating creatures, as back in the mid eighties a pal and I were lucky enough to catch a couple each from Tralee Bay in Southern Ireland ranging from 38 to 40 lb. At the time they were really common and could be easily targeted . Alas not so now 😢
@spooliganfishing should do the rock channel on the mersey in the summer now thats a epic mark mile out to sea on a sand bank dont go unless you're with someone that knows the mark its very dangerous
Hi it great to see ... great fishing ... good angling... great information and thinking ... next time your in the corwall area I might be able to show you a few marks for a 20lb conger ... big huss as well
Absolutely superb, an interview with Gary Pye awesome, and your pug in a puffer jacket looked more badass than some rappers in their music videos. Class once again, would love to see a video with Dai in 👍🙌
Hi lads for the century guy ,, what would the best rod for mixed to extremely rough ground ( more leaning towards the heavy stuff) be in the century selection capable of up to 8 Oz of lead mostly using 6 to 7 Oz leads with rings for both multiplayer or fixed spool be and the price range mostly for summer and winter fishing around north east Scotland ,,I use a RT accelerator and Shimano Catania now and looking to upgrade I noticed that the century rods were pretty light compared but still very strong cheers
@@matthewflaherty643 what kind of tip does the ss have buddy,, have you seen or used any of the zulcron rods I've heard good things ,, and it's mostly cod fishing in heavy seas in winter always rough ground or really heavy ground or summer kelp jungle stuff so I'm need something with the back bone and not to sensitive in the tip and has that effortless quality for casting and hauling fishing over the snags but still plenty feeling in it aswell, cheers
Yea I've been scared off of the dongle. Yes for smoothies, but for general will go for a pennel. Some guys been saying traditional pennel for congers and cod, vs circles better for smoothies and rays. Great videos, some incredible footage, underwater, drones etc fair play
Mate, pop down the Usk in autumn if you want to land a double conger, I'll do a session there to. Iv already had a 12+ conger this year which I returned. Iv also had conger on a 10 foot bass rod this year to, which was awesome fun. Plus in autumn the big bass come on the feed to, so there's every chance of a double bass to, shared experience there 😉
No Mathew. If you cast towards the yellow bouy and the lifeboat slip 95% of the time you get gear back. Only occasionally when tide is running hard you may snag up.
Nice mate, I must say your camera work is spot on. My dad lives in burry port, so was nice to see a session there. I used to fish in the old harbour for mullet with my Bamps. Never caught one though😂😂. See you on the next one 👍🎣🎣
