I got too irritated with using the story decks in this game, once I was able to put together my deck that I built in real life, this game became a lot more playable, there's still a challenge to it, but now I know exactly what is in my deck.
I agree, I think when i played the original release I gave up towards the end and just made a deck to trash over everything but we will see if I can do it this time using only the story decks.
I thought this was a great set for some one like myself who just started collecting/playing, It was a lot easier to get some of the main staples for deck building
I Miss The Traditional Character Based Duels. I Grew Up More On The Anime Side So I Always Wanted To See Things Like Pegasus Vs Bakura Which Those Old Decks Helped Make Possible.
It's Not A Meta Focused Game, This Game Is For The Anime Fans Like Duel Links While Master Duel Is The Meta Players Game. However, They Should Have The Booster Packs Be More Character Driven.
Do you have a favorite card mine was black luster soldier 3000/2500 he was banned because he can attack after he sends any monster to graveyard. I love the ritual or light dark. He can also banish a monster as a effect and no attack can be made if this effect is used he’s was fun plus he easy to equip a spell card
Axe of Despair Was My Favorite Back In The Day For Beat Down, or Cats Ear Tribe To Beat Over Their Strong Blue Eyes With a 200 ATK Monster and Rush Recklessly
I Really Liked The Yugi Decks, Also Those Treasure Cards Were Cool Looking. I Wouldn't Mind A Kaiba Legacy Decks With The Soul Cards Pegasus Had Either.
It's an okay game in my opinion; I've been playing world championship 2006 on and off since release, and I feel it's much better. It's way too hard to build a deck early game because of how the handled getting cards in this one. It's not too bad of a duel sim for some practice runs, but tat's about it.
I Wish They Would Re-release The Advanced Games. I Dont Remember The Name but I Use To Play a 5Ds One and You Could Put The Number On The Bottom of The Card To Get In In Game To Use Your Real Deck.
It Came out In The Crimson King Structure Deck, Its a Cool Card but Be Mindful It Isn't Technically a Legal Card, Similar To Old School Egyptian Gods or certain Championship Cards.
You could try a variation with Quintet Magician, The Dark Magicians, or Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon even. I personally put Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians in any spellcaster deck I run. It's a shame we won't ever get Magi Magi Magician Girl in the TCG, she would be a huge boon too.
It would be so cool to get Magi Magi Magician Girl. I wish Konami would stop being so strict with the censoring and just release everything uncensored with maybe that better Japanese quality as well. I don't know why I never thought of putting Quintet Magician In, I'll probably go ahead and Do That. I'm currently ordering Dragoon and The Dark Magicians, but I'll definitely look into Selene I'm still getting the hang of remembering links after returning to the game.
@@TheStackedDEK 2 can work with a 50 card deck Check my Channel out dawg its master duel but you might see some combos/cards that will help your deck out Fellow DW player
The Elestrals Website Now Has The First Edition Ones For Sale Along With Some Newer Starter Decks Last Time I Checked. They Are Also In Some Local Game Shops and Can Be Requested If Not At Your Local Store.
The deck on its own is a usable deck to get the idea of how the deck plays or against other structure/starter decks but if you want to use the archetype in a more competitive style match getting 3 of the deck is an easy cheap way to increase its power level and raise the consistency.
The TCG store in Pasadena has/d Dark Worlds structure deck for $8-9 bucks 😅 definitely a great deal... Dark Worlds deck definitely cheaper nowadays or should be depending on the source merchant 😅
That's awesome, I'm currently waiting to see if the stores around here restocks any of the other structure decks like traptrix but they haven't been getting much yugioh in lately.
@@TheStackedDEK I’d be down for a match if you are, afterwords I can go over what does what in it; mine isn’t like a lot of the deck lists I’ve seen, I built mine by going through the wiki and seeing what can work with what.
Great Idea, I think what I'm gonna try to do in the future is make the full video as detailed as i can but also have the 60s profile for those who want that instead.
Thank You and you Too. Every time I See The Danger Cards I Think about Fallout, I am Considering ordering more and trying to build a pure build of them.
I just run the tokens that came in the structure decks, you can use anything as a token it's more for just a look. a lot of people will use dice, coins, or even Pokémon cards as tokens. Anything can be a token as long as it can not be confused for a part of your main deck.
I'd cut Unpossessed to 1 or 2 because 3 bricks hard and its effect is a hard OPT and doesn't stack, it's still searchable and can be recycled from the GY easily. Snow is banned, so replace that with a 3rd Luna for more consistency. Also maybe run Terraforming since the field spell is not searchable and you'd want to bring it out when you can. You can also run Secret Village of the Spellcastersif you'd like.
lol look like 'em but smell better, the perfect advantage in picking up the 1 female that plays Yugioh at locals. I Hope you Like The Content, I'm still considering if I should try Master Duel or not.
Neither are meta strategies at the moment. But sure, if you want a core Dino or Insect deck, you can buy three. Although Insect got new support on the new "Streets of Battle City" box that's coming out today, and it might become meta.
that's awesome, I've always thought it would be cool to use insects more effectively. I know back in the day they were used as a stalemate deck that stopped the opponent from doing much of anything.
