The Vitacci Clash 200 I bought from you guys has been an Awesome experience. Not only is it a solid and reliable ride, but the looks and questions I get here in St Louis, MO have many of my neighbors wanting to buy one. I send them over to PSM. Also, when mine was first delivered I needed a part. It was sent out promptly with no problems. Scooters are starting to take over in America because we’re tired of getting price gouged on the price of gas And the money pits which are today’s over computerized POS cars
I just got mine and I'm impressed but a. Faring bolt was overtightened at factory and now the nut in the plastics of the tank is free spinning but I can't remove it. I'm sending my request in today for a new tank or a solution to this issue. It's a bummer because it's the front top bolt so wind is just gunna rip it apart. Had it been a bolt under the seat no real issue I'd probably just tap the screw it's just to hold the faring somewhat in place but not the front top.
How does the Storm compare to the Sail 150? Looking at the spec sheets: Sail:20 lbs lighter, 2+ in ground clearance Storm: better breaks (rotor & piston size)
Pretty sad they don’t reply back! Another question. Can I remove the key kill. Have no answer about the battery. Called left a message, emailed starter relay. Well both don’t want to turn over. Just neutral light. Can I get emailed the part number so I can buy a starter relay and batteries for both key fobs? Please? My account I bought 2 of these. X-pro 125cc bought a 49cc throttle cable broke so need that part too. That ran 1hr ish, I have a 49cc scooter I bought black, can’t remember the name, need to buy spring for kick start to hold up and whole throttle assembly too. That only has 65mile on it, hasn’t has a full tank go through yet either. Spending more money fixing the riding “NEW” toys. Atvs are the last I’m buying. Spent a lot of money for no results. 2 125cc atv’s 49cc dirt bike, 49cc scooter. They all have plastic on them except the dirt bike. Add those prices. Close to 5k and I get no good customer services, no replies, no part numbers.
Still don’t get it. I now have 2 from you guys brand new. You guys assemble it last year. Neutral light is on. Press and squeeze right hand brake, kill switch is on run, kill switch cord is attached, I’ve tried starting them again today with pressing kill switch key on unlocked. I tried choke fuel obviously on. Absolutely nothing. I’m lost. Things still have their safety paperwork attached, they were pushed into a shed/garage. To store. It was warm today said I’m trying again. Nothing. Now!?!? My only guess and it’s dumb. Say key chain was on kill, battery died in key chain thing, would that prevent it from starting? Don’t understand why you would send dead key chain batteries. That’s the only thing I have for a guess. Need to know the battery size in key chain. I out everything away being frustrated with $2,000 just sitting there. Now I’ll have to change oil drain gas. More money for it NOT being my problem. I showed it running once. Just when I had the one other was shipping. Seriously over $2,000 just sitting there. I bough stands to raise them of the cold cement to prevent tires from dry rotting. Wood was more expensive than stands. So could that be a problem? Need battery size for key kill switch pod. If that doesn’t work. Fire pit they go. I’m not giving someone else stress and a headache.
Could be the battery, put a float charger on it overnight. then try starting it again. If you still have the issue pour a little sea foam in the gas tank, let it run through the system and it should start.
Putting all those bolts in and no lock tight that's why they fall apart when you get your bike and put it together use blue lock tight it really helps!
With gas prices today, I'd get an electric scooter instead. I used to have a Honda Urban Express when I was in college in the early '90s. Gas cost about $1 a gallon back then, so it was worth it. I'd get about 60 miles out of a gallon of gas. Remember, you also need to buy oil for it too. The honda used 2 stroke oil. 2 pints was about $6 and it last about 1 month. So it cost me about $10 a month to ride it. It would probably be close to $50 a month today.
