I bought two of these ones (apart of at around 300 euros in other switches and plugs from bseed for my entire home). With my previous switches, i was able to turn on the light no matter the status of the other switch. With this one, i cannot turn on the light if the other switch is off. This behaviour is the same that you show in the video. What kind of control for 1 light with 2 switches is this? Am i doing something wrong? Really that if this is how it works, I'm feeling scammed.
I have bought around a 100 of this… and the 2 neither the 2 way or the 3 eay dont work at all. Can you do a video solving the possible problema or giving alternatives how to fix it since i and many other people atound the world as you can check on meny videoa are saying they cant install it????
I was worked before with snieder elect this problems with installation never seen before. Is it problem provide normal instructions in English if you work in eu market. Dislike
Hi, one of our wifi single firewire light switches can only control up to three lights. If you have a lot of light bulbs I suggest you buy more switches for connection control.

cant you show us how you get it to work? I enter the room - light on. I go to bed, light out. I wake up - light on - walk out - light off.. Cause thats 90% of the switches use - and you dont show it in any of your videos...

@@bseed4652ich meinte Kondensator und nicht adaptor. Ich habe ein Kondensator mit der Dimmer bekommen 10w 15KJ. Soll ich ein Kondensator für jeweils Led Lampe koppeln? Danke.
Hello, can this connection setup work manually on the switch like if i turn on on the first switch, can i turn off on the second? assuming i install this setup on a stair where i have first swithc at the ground floor and the secon on the first floor.
@@bseed4652 when trying according time have the same error message, I try to change de 45s that came by default but always have the calibration fail message, there is any contact with support? Thanks
@@bseed4652 I tried to calibrate it according to time, but after setting the time and clicking in Next step it opens the modals with a Calibration message and a kind of loading circle and when it finish it shows Calibration Failed with a red (!)
How can I contact you? On Ali express nobody answered me. I bought 5 switsches from you: 3 doubles and 2 single ones + socket for bed stands. 3 of them don't work - 2 doubles don't light up, they are dead and one single switch doesn't have the CLICK when i turn the light on( only the LED turns from fade blue to intensive blue but that's it, nothing else happens.)
I ordered 5 Switches : 3 doubles and 2 singles + sockets for bed stands.. 3 Of them don't even light up and another one simply doesn't turn the light on. There is no power on the L1 port. So angry with the purchase.
Never buy two way from BSEED. They suck. I have 4 of them. They cannot be paired. Just like one of the guys say in the comments below the second switch cannot be paired. They have a design problem. Use other brand. I have like 30 products from bseed and they are okay, just AVOID buying the 2way switches.

I have 1gang 2 way bseed switch upstairs and downstairs 3gang but 2 switches are only 1 way and last one 2 way to connect with that one upstairs is this will work as connected all cables and keeps tripping 🙄 🫣

Rapidly flashing red light is to enter pairing mode, please long press for pairing, or directly contact the merchant you purchased the product from for technical guidance.
My bseed light switch zigbee cannot enter pairing mode, blinks in red only 3 times and doesn't appear in the new devices window. Bought it 2 times in your official web store - same issue
