This house is a joke!!! Sure its only $84,000 but it is sitting on a postage stamp and is the size of my bonus room!!! Sure my house cost 6x as much here in the US but it is 4.5x larger and sitting on 25 acres! Granted its all about the area you live in when it comes to cost but I have better mountain views here. And Im sure the infrastructure is much better. To each their own I guess….
It is nice but they do build them too close to the neighbours for the values of the house in my opinion. It should be like 2m or 3m down the back side so that you can get better light and not see in to the neighbour back garden.

The world's coldest swimming pool! Probably a good idea to keep the cover on the snooker table, the felt's stuffed, and they have a random number of balls. Otherwise, a great value for money place. Very caring staff, I found.
How long do these buildings last, so close to the salt air of the ocean? Will there be hefty special assessments in the future, for major maintenance or repairs?

Beautiful! Makes me want to look into retiring in Thailand. The laws may prohibit foreigners from owning a house, but I am sure they can rent one. That can work out well for many retirees. I wouldn't mind renting it, and it is cheaper than many other places. It is just moving kind of far.
This condo has some nice features and some others that were not so nice. I would get rid of the mirror in the kitchen and also change out that dark glassy looking tile(s). And that chandelier was ugly to me so that would have to go also. Nice counter top as it looks pretty long so lots of room there. Over all I'd give the unit a 7 out of 10. :) And of course the presenter is a 10. :)
When you show a property, please show more of the property itself and less about yourself. We didn't even have a glimpse of the shower and the dressing area. Thank you!

Find the answer to this question for yourself before you say how wonderful this property is: What happens to my home and my money when the land lease eventually expires for good? No, not when you can renew it for another 30 but when all your renewals eventually expire. What happens to my initial money, my property, and all the equity I have gained over the years that I wanted to pass down to my children or grandchildren? Puff.... So if you can never really own it and its always temporary anyway...isn't it just the same as a very expensive rental? You can not gain equity since you don't own the land. And nodody is you going to buy your property with an expiring land lease. If almost impossible to find two fools to buy the same expensive item...you being the first one. Yes, you can own the villa but you can not own the land. This is like buying property with a Thai wife...you can own the house...but she will always own the land and her rights will always be considered first...same with a land lease but instead of a being below your Thai wife's rights...your below the Thai property owners rights. In the end, Farang always gets bent over....no lube. So why bother when rents are so cheap? What is to be gained but increased risk for the Farang?
Stayed for a month before in June it was 12000 all in if I remember right.Thats all inclusive cleaning and electric.Theres some that stay longer and then it gets way cheaper I think. Gym is ok has enough to just about make it work,pool is great ,rooms are nice great views and peaceful at night.Watched a few premiership games too.Come and go as you like.
